Sponsored Speaking Opportunities
On the second afternoon of DISPAX World, companies supplying restraint kits are invited to present their company’s offering as part of the conference programme.
Aircraft seats will be available for use as props on the conference stage should the presenter wish to demonstrate a scenario.
The plan is for four companies, each offering different types of kits, to be allocated a 20-minute slot. Should fewer companies apply to take part, we may extend the time for each presentation. The order of presentations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis (whichever books first may select whether they wish to speak first, second, third of fourth).
We are not charging a fee to companies taking part in this process. However, in order to participate, we do expect each presenter to pay the full delegate fee of £825 per person.
Promotional Display Tables:
Promotional display tables are available.
All exhibitors will have their company logo and a description of their services included in the conference brochure.
The fee payable depends on the number of exhibitor passes required. For one exhibitor pass: £1,495; for two: £1,995; and, for three: £2,475.
Conference Pass Lanyards, USBs and Tote Bags:
Any company wishing to supply (for all delegates – numbers to be provided 30 days in advance) conference badge lanyards, USBs or tote bags, branded with your company’s name/logo, may do so upon payment of:
£395 for sponsorship of one product,
£555 for sponsorship of two products, or
£660 for the sponsorship of three or more products
*general This relates to broad marketing of the event by email, advertisements and on social media. This will relate to the programme as a whole; where we are promoting one specific speaker or another sponsor we may not include other companies logos.
