Sponsorship
DISPAX World 2026 is a conference rather than a trade show. That said, we do offer leading suppliers of equipment and services – related to unruly passenger management and restraint – the opportunity to increase their brand awareness through sponsorship.
Sponsoring DISPAX World 2026 includes the possibility of exhibiting at the event using one the limited number of promotional display tables that are available. These are available on a first come first-serve basis.
Exhibition hours are 0815-0900, morning coffee break (30-minutes), afternoon tea break (30-minutes), and 1730-1800 on both days.
The sponsorship package includes:
- 1 x promotional display table
- 2 x delegate passes (for own staff)
- Company logo on all our general* event marketing materials
- Company logo on all our general* emails promoting the conference
- Company logo featured on the conference website, cited as a ‘Sponsor’
- Social media posts citing the sponsorship
The fixed price cost of sponsorship is GBP £2,475
Optional Extras:
- £350 per additional delegate pass (for own staff)
*general This relates to broad marketing of the event by email, advertisements and on social media. This will relate to the programme as a whole; where we are promoting one specific speaker or another sponsor we may not include other companies logos.
All prices exclude VAT (20% VAT for organisations within the UK).
